  I've sent a repurchase demand, however can I withdraw that demand before the deadline?

  The share repurchase price is based on the most recently identified NAV per share as of the Repurchase Date.
  
  Exist repurchase restrictions?
  
  Yes. The aggregate NAV of total repurchases of Class S, Class D and Class I Shares is limited to no greater than 5% of the Company's aggregate NAV per calendar quarter (measured utilizing the typical aggregate NAV since the end of the preceding three months for which NAV is offered).
  
  Is there an early withdrawal fee and if so, just how much?
